Access to the Dashboard and the information it contains (in particular, the Institutional Radar indicators and any data, analysis or updated content published therein) is granted exclusively to registered users with an active, paid-up subscription. Access is personal and non-transferable, and is tied to the subscribing user's account.

It is expressly prohibited to extract, copy, reproduce, capture (including screenshots or recordings), download or, in general, communicate, distribute, publish or share, in whole or in part, the information displayed on the Dashboard with third parties who do not have an active subscription to the Service at the time of such communication, regardless of the medium used (social media, messaging apps, private groups, forums or other equivalent channels) and regardless of whether such communication is made with or without payment.

Failure to comply with the above will be considered a serious breach of these terms. In such a case, the company may, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate the infringing user's subscriber access, with no right to a refund of any amounts already paid for the current or future periods, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the company for damages caused.

To protect the confidentiality of the information and help identify the source of any unauthorised disclosure, Dashboard content may visibly display identifiers associated with the user's session (including their registered email address). The user accepts this by using the Service.
